Triple P

The Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) Group Therapy Program is a comprehensive, evidence-based initiative designed to empower parents with effective strategies and support for raising well-adjusted children. Endorsed by the Department of Child Safety Office of Prevention, Triple P offers structured parenting support tailored to the developmental needs of children and adolescents.

We provide two levels of Triple P to accommodate the diverse needs of families. Level 2 Triple P focuses on parents of children aged 0-12, offering practical tools and techniques to manage common parenting challenges and promote positive behavior. Level 3 Triple P is designed for parents of adolescents aged 13-17, addressing the complexities of teenage behavior and fostering strong, respectful relationships between parents and teens.

Our program is available in both English and Spanish, ensuring accessibility for a broad range of families. Participants can choose to attend sessions either in person or virtually, providing flexibility to fit busy schedules and preferences.

Triple P’s overarching goals include enhancing parenting skills, reducing child behavior problems, and fostering a supportive family environment. Through evidence-based methods, our program equips parents with effective strategies to build positive relationships, manage behavioral issues, and encourage emotional resilience in their children.

Join the Triple P Group Therapy Program to gain valuable insights, connect with other parents, and make meaningful strides toward a more harmonious family life. Whether in person or online, our supportive and inclusive environment is here to help you and your family thrive.

The results serve as a tool for personal insight and group discussions, enhancing each individual’s path to recovery.

We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and stages of recovery, affirming that each person’s journey is unique.
