Outpatient Treatment Services
We are an outpatient behavioral health facility that provides general and intensive treatment services. Our outpatient treatment involves one to one appointments or group sessions with one of our licensed and well-trained clinical professionals. We treat children (6 years and up), adolescents, and adults. Our staff can help assess the next best steps for you when we receive your inquiry, a call or referral from their PCP.
Once you contact FSA, an initial assessment will be arranged to go through your issues with you, then clinical staff tailor a treatment plan to best suit your need. This may include medication, talking therapies, wellbeing therapies and/or group therapy.
FSA Outpatient Therapy
FSA works with clients to understand their needs. We have a holistic approach to helping people through therapy – offering individual therapy, family therapy and group therapy options. We offer a wide range of evidence-based treatments, with clearly defined goals and aim to empower clients with various techniques that they can put into practice in their everyday lives.
Outpatient Therapy Benefits
Outpatient therapy is very beneficial as it provides a non-judgmental, confidential and safe space for clients to experience being listened to, accepted and understood. Feelings, thoughts and behaviors can be explored. An individual’s past and present experiences can then begin to form the basis for new understanding.
